Order processing
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Everything is made when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Processing may run longer during peak periods.
Shipping and delivery
Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.87.
Canada and Australia
We ship to Canada and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size:

International delivery runs 7–21 business days depending on customs. Australia is at the slower end.
Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These are charged by your country, not by us, and we have no way to calculate or collect them in advance.
Anywhere else
Not yet. We'd rather do three countries properly than a dozen badly. If you're somewhere else and want something, email info@o5gear.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Order updates
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than a few days, email us and we'll chase it.
