Shipping policy
Free shipping on US orders over $50. Under $50, US shipping is a flat $4.87.
Order processing. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Everything is made when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Processing may run longer during peak periods.
Shipping and delivery. Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. International orders typically take 10–20 business days from the day they ship.
Where we ship. United States, Canada and Australia.
International rates. Shipping to Canada and Australia is charged at checkout based on your order total:

Customs and duties. Canadian and Australian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, we can’t calculate them in advance, and they’re the recipient’s responsibility. Packages refused or returned because duties went unpaid aren’t eligible for a refund.
Order updates. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Secure checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
